Tokyo Festival 2021 Program Line-Up Announced
Tokyo Festival Executive Committee is holding Tokyo Festival 2021 from September 1 through November 30 in the Ikebukuro area of Toshima-ku.
Under the festival’s 2021 theme “A Blink in history,” the aim is to hold a wide variety of programs in a safe and secure manner alongside efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
