Collaboration Food
Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre Presents Kinoshita Kabuki “Sannin Kichisa Kuruwa no Hatsugai” Collaborative Shaved Ice”Plum purple KOI pattern”“Plum purple KOI pattern”
This shaved ice was invented based on the innovative visuals of Kinoshita-Kabuki ‘s “Sannin Kichisa Kuruwa no Hatsugai”.” In honor of the three Kichisaburo, we use a rich berry sauce made from three kinds of fruit: strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry. The sweetness of the base milk sauce, the sourness of the berry sauce, and the saltiness of the salt without any additives or colorings create a gorgeous flavor that harmonizes well with the whole.
NORUHA “Virtual Disorder” Collaboration Shaved Ice”Ivory Dreams”
The shaved ice, inspired by the “Virtual Disorder” of the NORUHA, is a homemade ginger shaved ice. This experimental dish expresses the way a modern work is born from two classic works as a foundation, using a combination of traditional ingredients. A nostalgic Japanese flavor is created with a base of homemade spice syrup and molasses. The chic look is sprinkled with roasted green tea powder and wasanbon, which is also used in Japanese sweets, and is topped with barley puffs and star anise (star anise) for a fragrant taste, seeking newness within the traditional flavor.
chelfitsch x Fujikura Dai with Ensemble Nomad “Metamorphosis of a Living Room” Collaboration Baguette Sandwich”Grilled chicken x marinated summer vegetables sandwich”“Grilled chicken x marinated summer vegetables sandwich”
Based on the keyword “mixing” from “Metamorphosis of a Living Room” a performance by chelfitsch x Fujikura Dai with Ensemble Nomad, marinated summer vegetables and chicken seasoned with herbs and grilled in the oven are the main dishes, and the tomato sauce resonates with them like music that brings the whole dish together. Focusing on the orange peel, the main visual, the marinade using orange dressing creates a new harmony.
