Atrium concert where the audience listens closely for a sensory experience of sound and surrounds

A concert offering a sensory experience in an atrium with music by Kengo Tokusashi, a composer who finds music in environments with human activity. His output includes the “Music For Sauna” series and participation in a work based on sounds from around the streets, “The Journey to a Journey to a Journey,” which formed part of the F/T20 Roaming Shopping Street Festival: Phantom Edition project.
From a distance, the audience will hear an ensemble of players located far away from each other. The live sound of brass instruments will resonate softly around Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre and atrium spaces of the city in a concert set to be an aural experience where a sense of comfort and awakening co-exist.
