Go up to, walk around and look out from the view lounge!

A limited-time view lounge is opening on the top floor of Rosa Kaikan, a retro leisure complex that is emblematic of Ikebukuro. The “Performance View Lounge” is a place where visitors can explore a “view” of people and society; an experiential work that visitors can enjoy individually or together with one eye on the streets of Ikebukuro. Rosa Kaikan is set in an entertainment district people stay in or visit for a variety reasons, in the redeveloping Ikebukuro West Exit area.
Please come and visit the view lounge created in the Rosa Kaikan, a building that has watched over the neighborhood for 55 years.
