Countless stories with over 50 characters

Theatre company LOLO broke new ground at Tokyo Festival 2021 with “Every Body feat. Frankenstein,” a work themed around ways to confront death/the dead.
This is the Tokyo Festival version of an ensemble drama written by troupe leader Naoyuki Miura for university students in various places, and as a citizen participation piece at public theatres.
LOLO’s first omnibus story project is based on the profiles of more than 50 characters and short episodes involving them.
What emerges from the repeat assembly of scenes from everyday life may be an era, a neighborhood - or the very world we live in
