Tokyo Festival will be putting on "Zero-Ba" as a Bridge Program that expands the possibilities of this festival.
"Zero-Ba" is a talk event that discusses the relationship between society and art festival.
This year "Zero-Ba" will be held on November and December for 4 nights.
