The park becomes a theater! With performances by Switch Research Institute and faifai

 

Curtains open on Friday, September 22, 2017 for “Tokyo Festival 2017,” which will be held until Monday, December 4. Ahead of the opening, a pre-event will be held on Saturday, September 16 from 4 p.m. at Minami Ikebukuro Park. With people from all over the world gathering in Tokyo for and ahead of the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the “Tokyo Festival” started in 2016 as an art festival aiming to let people fully enjoy the charm of Tokyo. It will roll out this year as well as a performing arts festival in Toshima City’s Ikebukuro area.

 

Tokyo Festival 2017 Pre-Event Overview 

Time & Date: September 16 (Sat) 16:00~21:00

※ To be held rain or shine , cancelled in the event of severe weather

   In the event of severe weather, it will be held on the 17th (Sun)
