Tokyo Festival 2017 website opened!
With people from all over the world gathering in Tokyo for and ahead of the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the “Tokyo Festival” started in 2016 as an art festival aiming to let people fully enjoy the charm of Tokyo. It will roll out this year as well as a performing arts festival in Toshima City’s Ikebukuro area.
